Neos

Neos comes from a planet many light-years away from Giara from a Planet Called Vector. He wasn't born but created by his planet military as a weapon to quickly silence those who annoyed them. Now they are many thousands of years ahead of us when it comes to technology, so when creating Neos, they literately built him from scratch, bonding every atom. This then required a lot of energy so they then used an ancient positive core to power him. Taking many years for the posses to be completed, and a constant flow of energy. Then during the final stage of his creating the feeding stopped and he died. Using electrical Volts to revive him he suddenly woke up and burs out of his Chamber. He then electrifies the Doctors before they can stop him from escaping...

What happends next?

This is for the story before he gets to Giara...

Once he gets out, he is completely bewildered. Knowing nothing about the world around him he ventures forth, noticing all the evil in the city...After a few days of wondering, getting to know the city itself and how to move around quickly he get attacked. They attack without mercy but somehow he was able to fend them off. Suddenly feeling a serge of power moving through his body, aiming at one of the gang, he released a bolt of lighting. The rest fled...and at that moment he realised, he wasn't the same. That he was destined for more. He then picked up the masks of the dead gang member, changed it a bit and put it on...he then disappears into the darkness
